Single Family REsidence

This three bedroom, 3 bathroom residence is designed for a couple or small family looking for the convenience and atmosphere of urban living with the style and amenities of a suburban home. Located on a small lot, this house maximized the allowable building footprint and goes up three stories from there.

The first floor features a guest suite, laundry room, game room, and  two-car garage, while the primary living areas are located on the second floor. Above the garage, we created a patio connected to the second floor living spaces since there was limited yard space elsewhere. An open concept floor plan and plenty of large windows connect the indoor and outdoor spaces and draw the inhabitants of the house up through to the living spaces with lighting and color. Above the second floor living areas is a primary bedroom and secondary bedroom, each with their own private bath.
